What do you think of our new and improved website?

Feedback on the website

Our dedicated digital team have been working on the new site for five months, and this is just the first step in our journey to transform We’re already working on the next update.

Before full launch, we invited a selection of our members to preview the site, where they were invited to look around and provide their feedback. A few bugs were encountered along the way, but we were able to identify these quickly thanks to the prompt responses from our testers.

We are still looking for feedback and we’d love to know your thoughts too. Visit our website and let us know what you think by either filling in our questionnaire or the pop-up surveys on the site.

What’s next?

One of our next updates to the site will be improvements to our member help area. We aim to provide more self-service tools for our members, and ensure a seamless user experience.
