What is the AGM?
PRS’ Annual General Meeting gives members the chance to learn about how the organisation is performing. As well as voting on proposed resolutions, members can also expect to hear from our CEO and take part in Q&A sessions with our Executive Leadership Team, Members’ Council Chair and President.
2024 PRS AGM
Our 2024 AGM will take place on Tuesday 4 June 2024 at IET London: Savoy Place, 2 Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL.

If you’re a Principal Voting or Voting member, you will receive all of the information about our AGM, including access to our annual accounts and formal notice booklet which sets out this year’s proposed resolutions and the voting process.
All other members
If you’re not a voting member, you can register for Members' Day here. You are also welcome to attend of watch the AGM online, but you won’t be able to vote.

PRS Members Day: London
This year’s AGM will again be held during a wider PRS Members’ Day. Members’ Day which will include panels, speeches, Q&As, and networking.
Members’ Day is open to all members in every membership category.

AGM 2023 Recap
Grammy-nominated songwriter, V V Brown, award-winning singer-songwriter, Laura Mvula, and dance music producer, John Truelove, were all reappointed to the PRS Members’ Council.
Tom Toumazis MBE was reappointed as an Independent Non-Executive Council Member and Dru Masters stepped down after six years on the Members’ Council, of which two years he served as a Deputy Chair.
The were no publisher vacancies available on the Members’ Council in 2023.
