PRS Members' Fund are here to help.
PRS Members’ Fund winter crisis scheme offers support to older PRS members or those who face financial hardship due to long-term illness and increases in fuel costs.
The Fund’s initiative will help vulnerable members meet the rising costs of heating and household bills, and support those who have fallen into debt.

- A UK resident
- Aged 60+, or any age and long-term sick, or any age struggling to pay heating costs and other essential household bills
- Receiving any of the following: a means-tested benefit, sickness benefit, state pension, or pension credit
and have:

- Earned less than £5,000 in PRS royalties in 2022
- Less than £16,000 in savings
Once your form has been reviewed, you will be contacted directly by our team.
Please note, bills must be in the name of the PRS member applying or in joint names with partner or spouse, and proof of state benefit entitlement may be requested.
Your application will be kept strictly confidential. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch at crisisfund@prsformusic.com.
If you have already applied to the Winter Crisis scheme and received a grant, you cannot receive further help via this scheme. However, you can find a list of other sources of financial support on Help Musicians website.
