Your participation will help shape the member experience at PRS.

The Annual Member Survey (hosted via 123Forms) is your opportunity to give us direct feedback on your overall experience with PRS and the services we offer.

We're handing you the mic because we want to hear what you think we're doing well and what we could improve on.

The survey only takes 10 minutes and once completed, as a thank you for your time, you can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Love2Shop voucher.

The closing date for submissions is Tuesday 28 February 2023 so make sure you share your thoughts with us before then.
