Acclaimed music writer Pete Paphides will be discussing his acclaimed new book, Broken Greek.
Nithin Sawhney will also be performing at the PRS Presents Lckdwn virtual event on April 24 to raise money for PRS for Music’s Emergency Relief Fund.
The school will accommodate 100 pupils per year and consist of a flagship course that will run parallel with the school year from September 2020, with the free week-long trial available now.
Nadia Rose, Joy Crookes, Katie Melua and Nitin Sawhney are among those already confirmed as part of the line-up.
The book is written and compiled by Rob Crutchley and edited by Chris Green, featuring an introduction by BPI chief executive Geoff Taylor.
Winners receive payment, royalties and a spot on a BMGPM compilation album, made available for use in synch worldwide.
The aim is to promote remote-working with musicians, vocalists and technical roles supporting composers and producers.
The ongoing project sees artists and producers compose unique soundtrack to isolation.
The music licensing company will donate to Funds established by Help Musicians, The Musicians’ Union and AIM.
