Voting for the Music Producers Guild (MPG) 2016 Awards will open on 22 October 2015.

The event is the only awards ceremony in the UK to fly the flag for producers, engineers, remixers and mastering engineers.

Voting for the 2016 Music Producers Guild Awards runs October 22 to 4 November. MPG full members can vote in 12 of the 15 awards categories.

The awards themselves will take place on 3 February, 2016 at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.

Tony Platt, MPG Awards group director, said: ‘What makes these awards so special is the fact that winners are chosen by their peers.

‘While anyone can submit a name for consideration, the actual voting process is undertaken by full members of MPG - in other words recording professionals who understand the recording process and truly recognise what our nominees have achieved. By restricting voting to full members, we ensure that our awards are only given to people who have really earned them.’

Full members should visit mpgawards.com and follow the simple online instructions to vote.

Tickets for the MPG Awards 2016 are now available to order. For full details please visit mpg.org.uk/mpg-awards/tickets.
