Pop stars don’t come much more charismatic than singer songwriter Boy George.

From his early days with eighties icons Culture Club to his latter career as an electronic DJ par excellence, George has led one of the most colourful of all musical lives.

As the songwriter behind classic hits Karma Chameleon and Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?, George has sold many millions of records, winning BRIT Awards and Grammys in the process.

After some time out of the limelight, Boy George and Culture Club are expected to return in 2015 with their first new material in more than 15 years.

We caught up with George at the recent MPG Awards to quiz him about the new record, his love for electronic music and why he won’t ever give his music away for free…
