This year's O2 Silver Clef Awards celebrates it's 35th year by announcing that Scouting for Girls, JLS and Russell Watson are to be honoured at this year's luncheon ceremony at The Hilton, Park Lane in London on July 2.

This year's O2 Silver Clef Awards celebrates it's 35th year by announcing that Scouting for Girls, JLS and Russell Watson are to be honoured at this year's ceremony at The Hilton, Park Lane in London on July 2.

Scouting for Girls are to receive the Royal Albert Hall Best British Band Award, X Factor band JLS will pick up the TAG Newcomer Award and singer Russell Watson is winning the PPL Classical Award.

The event will feature an auction of memorabilia and will be attended by guests including music industry leaders, artists and supporters of Nordoff Robbins.

The O2 Silver Clef Awards has so far raised over £7.5million for Nordoff Robbins, the music therapy charity.
