After a number of impressive collaborations earlier this year, including Dizzee Rascal, Stefflon Don and Nadia Rose, London artist Alicai Harley is back with her new single, I Just Wanna Know.

Her first single release of 2020, the track sees Alicai channelling a different energy to her previous singles. As she makes seamless transitions between singing and rapping, this latest offering demonstrates Harley's quality and versatility as an artist.

Speaking about the track, Alicai muses: ‘This song reminds me of my younger self… back when I was rapping. That’s what I wanted to bring back. And it’s touching on real subjects, on a real relationship. I wanted this to feel like my own version of 50 Cent’s 21 Questions.’

We asked Alicai Harley to make us a playlist. Tune in.

Wizkid feat. Tems - Essence

This is one of my favourite songs from the new Wizkid album which is a BANGER!

Koffee - Lockdown

I think this song really captures what’s going on right now with an uplifting feel and vibe.

Buju Banton - Blessed

The man is an absolute LEGEND. I love his whole vibe and energy especially on this track.

Digga D - Woi

This is definitely a track I can’t wait to hear in the club and see the crowd’s reaction.

Stefflon Don - Can’t Let You Go

Such a banger, this track is on repeat!

Pa Salieu feat. Backroad Gee - My Family

This tune’s FIRE! Love the production on this too.

Dizzee Rascal feat. Steel Banglez & Alicai Harley - Energies + Powers

Gives such a nostalgic vibe and feeling. I really love and appreciate Dizzee for allowing me to be a part of this track.

Alicai Harley - I Just Wanna Know

This track for me is a special one and showcases a softer more mellow style of my sound.

Chris Brown feat. Young Thug - Shopping Spree

This was my summer banger during lockdown.

Rebbeca Garton feat. Ling Hussle, Alana Marie, Tia Carys - All Me Pt. 2

Gives me old skool ‘90s R&B vibes, which is so refreshing. Love this one!
