Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw
- To be entered into the prize draw you must be 18 years of age or over and complete all questions in the new joiner survey (conducted by PRS for Music, 2 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG) before 23:59 on 31 March 2021.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The prize to be won is one £100 Love2Shop Voucher.
- The winner will be drawn randomly on 9 April 2021 and will be notified by email within 10 working days of the prize draw date. If the winner does not respond to PRS for Music within 7 days of being notified by PRS for Music, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and PRS for Music shall be entitled to select another winner randomly.
- PRS for Music will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- The Prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- PRS for Music’s decision is final.
- PRS for Music reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- PRS for Music reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The winner’s surname and county will be available on request after the draw date from PRS for Music, by entering the prize draw each entrant authorises PRS for Music to disclose their surname and county.
- Any personal information collected through the online survey will be used in accordance with the PRS for Music Privacy Policy and in accordance with data protection legislation.
- Entrants release and hold harmless PRS for Music from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this prize draw to the extent permitted by law.
- By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- PRS for Music reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- This prize draw is not open to employees of PRS for Music or their families.
- This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants of the prize draw agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
