Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw
- To be eligible for and to enter the prize draw you must be 18 years of age or over and a resident of the UK and you must complete all the questions in the online survey and submit your completed survey, with your email address entered in the prize draw field, before 23:59 on Thursday, 29 February 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- The survey and prize draw is being conducted by PRS for Music Limited, (PRS for Music), of 1st Floor, Goldings House, 2 Hays Lane, London SE1 2HB.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The prize is a £100 Love2Shop voucher and there is 1 voucher available to be won.
- The winner will be drawn randomly on the 2nd April, 2024 and will be notified by email (using the email address provided on entry) within 10 working days of the prize draw date.
- If the winner does not respond to PRS for Music within 7 days of being notified by PRS for Music; or rejects the prize; or the winner’s entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and PRS for Music shall be entitled to select another winner randomly.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 7 days of their response to PRS for Music.
- PRS for Music will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- PRS for Music’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
- PRS for Music reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- PRS for Music reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- PRS for Music must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize award has taken place. To comply with this obligation, PRS for Music will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone that emails membership@prsformusic.com. By entering the prize draw each entrant authorises PRS for Music to disclose their surname and county if they win the prize draw. If you object to your surname and/or county being made available on request please contact PRS for Music via email at membership@prsformusic.com (however you agree that PRS for Music may still provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required).
- Any processing of your personal data that is collected through the online survey will be in accordance with the PRS for Music Privacy Notice which is available at prsformusic.com/privacy.
- Prize draw entries cannot be returned.
- Entrants release and hold harmless PRS for Music from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this prize draw to the extent permitted by law.
- By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- PRS for Music reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- This prize draw is not open to employees of PRS for Music or their families.
- This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants of the prize draw agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
