Latest update: Easy account and permissions management

We’ve introduced a series of changes to improve how you manage users and account access within your online account. These updates make it easier and more secure to oversee all your users and permissions in one place.

What’s changed?

  • All account management tools are in one place

The new Account Access and My Permissions tabs make it simple to see and manage who has access to your account. If you manage multiple accounts, you can view and edit user access across all of them.

  • Search your user account access

If you manage multiple accounts and need to view someone’s access, you can search for a specific user by name to see which accounts they have access to.

  • Update your user permissions

As your teams change and grow, you can easily update account access for individual users.

  • View your permissions and make requests

You can view what permissions you have for your accounts under the ‘My Permissions’ tab and submit requests for any changes.

To see the changes in action, log in to your online account.   These improvements are all part of our ongoing work to enhance your online experience and give you the control you need to manage your account.

Want to learn more?

For an overview of the changes, we’ve put together a simple walk through. In this example scenario, we’re working from Raven Sound’s online account.

Account settings

If you manage multiple accounts and need to view another users’ access, you can search by name to see which accounts they have access to. In our example, you (Raven Sound) are looking to view and manage Buffy Summers’ access.

More button

To view and manage a specific user’s account access, select the ‘more’ option (three dots on the right-hand side of the screen). You can edit the contact, manage permissions, manage account access, or remove the user.

Edit permissions

Select ‘Manage account access’ to see all the users’ accounts appear as a list.

Edit permissions

Select which account’s permissions you’d like to update. The permissions options will pop up, and you can choose which account tools and access you’d like the contact to have by toggling the Yes or No buttons. You can also make the contact an administrator for your account.

Once you’ve finished making your changes, hit ‘Next’ and you’ll get a message confirming your changes.

Need to view your own permissions and make requests for any changes?

Request more permissions

You can view what permissions you have for your accounts under the My Permissions tab.

Select ‘Request more permissions’ to make changes. The administrator of the account will need to approve your request.
