The Road to Tour Management aims to debunk the myths and highlight the dos and don’ts of effective tour management, from accounting, advancing, merchandising and sound engineering through to international touring and festivals, border controls, visas and customs declarations.

The session, which takes place on 20 April at the University of Westminster, London, is headed up by Andy Inglis, Savages tour manager and co-creator of award-winning London venue The Luminaire.

Early bird tickets are now available from MusicTank, with student discounts also on offer.

MusicTank has launched a competition in association with the event, calling on entrants to submit details of their worst touring experiences.

Dubbed #mytourhell, you should submit a 60 second video, Instagram picture, illustration or tweet.

All entries must be made via the Twitter hashtag #mytourhell by 13 April.

The winner will be announced on 14 April and will receive a free place on The Road to Tour Management course.

All other entrants will receive a 20 percent discount for the course.
