Rumer's second album features her interpretations of some of favourite songs by male songwriters.

Boys Don't Cry, scheduled for release on 28 May, includes covers of songs by Gilbert O'Sullivan, Richie Havens, Bob Marley and Leon Russell.

Rumer's debut, Seasons Of My Soul has sold over a million copies according to the singer's label, Atlantic Records.

Speaking about the Boys Don't Cry, BRIT nominee Rumer said: 'this project is about passion, and paying respect to other people's work. I went on a journey and this music tells that story.'
