Hotly tipped rock duo Royal Blood have announced details of their self-titled debut LP.
The Brighton two-piece, made up of bassist and vocalist Michael Kerr and drummer Ben Thatcher, will unveil their first full length record on 25 August.
Royal Blood’s debut will see release just after their appearances at this year’s Leeds and Reading Festivals and is expected to showcase the heavy rock sound they’ve become known and loved for.
2014 has already been a big year for the band with well received singles Little Monster and Come On Over as well as big gigs at the Great Escape convention and support slots with the Arctic Monkeys at their London shows in Finsbury Park.
Future gigs include a set at Glastonbury on 28 June before playing at Castlefield Bowl as support to the Pixies on 10 July and T in the Park on 11 July.
