Multi award-winning musician/singer Rag’n’Bone Man has pledged his support to AudioActive’s Room to Rant project aimed at helping young musicians.

The singer intends to support young artists in troubled situations through mentorship to help them become a positive influence on a new generation of talented but disengaged teenagers.

AudiActive is a musical organisation whose Room to Rant project gives young artists in difficult situations a creative outlet for expression where they can work through personal issues with rapping, lyric writing and spoken work.

Rory Graham, aka Rag’n’Bone Man, has been a long-time patron of the project and describes his support of it as giving back to a community that helped him and launched his career.

In a new short film released through Red Bull Music, the singer explores AudioActive’s work and discusses the importance of programmes like this in improving the lives and nurturing the careers of young musicians.

Rag’n’Bone Man said: ‘AudioActive are doing something to ensure that regardless of wealth or background, young people get a chance to be creative. I can't support that enough. Big love.’
