PRS for Music has announced a bumper programme of events for this year’s Great Escape conference to mark its 2014 centenary.

The event runs 8-10 May in Brighton and will see the collecting society hosting panel sessions and discussions on every day of the festival.

PRS for Music’s sessions kick off on Thursday 8 May with the Maximising Music Rights joint sessions run in conjunction with PPL.

This strand of the conference will bring attendees up to speed on the debates surrounding music rights as well as providing advice on how to get the royalties they are due.

On the following day rising star Chloe Howl will be ‘in conversation’ about her music and career to date.

The final day of the Great Escape will see Arts Council England and PRS for Music present DIY Day giving songwriters top tips on how to maximise their income at grassroots level.

Spaces are strictly limited so please ensure you come along early to grab your seat…
