Billy Bragg manager Peter Jenner and Henley Business School academics will be among the speakers at the Music and Entertainment Industry Educators Association (MEIEA) Summit.
Taking place at Missenden Abbey, just outside of London, on 23-24 June, the inaugural European version of the MEIEA summit will see a variety of industry commentators coming together to discuss key topics facing the music business.
Peter Jenner, whose CV includes managing the likes of Pink Floyd, Ian Dury and Roy Harper, will discuss registries and collective licensing and how to get the money to the right people.
Nigel Barr, a fellow music manager and music consultant, will discuss mediation and music business education while Helen Gammons from the Henley Business School will present a discussion on effective leadership within the industry.
Other academics from both UK and US universities will be on hand over the two days to discuss other topics.
