New River Studios is hosting The Art and Law Of Sampling workshop for new and emerging producers and songwriters.
Taking place on 21 March at the London studios, the seminar will invite Smurfie Syco (Universal), Ninja (The Go Team), Emma Lomas (Beggars' Group), Helen Papaleontiou (Sony/ATV Publishing) and Florian Koempel (UK Music) to discuss sampling and its legal implications.
On the following two Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons (22-24 and 29-31), New River Studios will also be running workshops on sampling.
Attendees will have the chance to use the latest gear and software, hear top tips from producers and get the opportunity to enter a beat making contest.
Entry is free but places are limited. Please email Ellis at New River Studios to register interest.
Please note priority will be given to those aged 16-25.
