British singer songwriter Ed Sheeran has seen the biggest increase in Spotify streaming following his Glastonbury performance.
The Ivor Novello winner saw an increase of 195 percent in Spotify plays after his performance on the Sunday night of the festival.
Saturday night headliners Metallica enjoyed a 165 percent Spotify boost with Arcade Fire and Rodrigo y Gabriela seeing 148 percent and 105 percent increases respectively.
Dolly Parton rounded out the rest of the top five with a 95 percent increase after her Sunday show.
Meanwhile in the charts, Ed’s latest record - X, the follow up to his debut +, has become the fastest selling album of the year.
It sold 182,000 copies in its first week to take the top spot, selling 14,000 more than Coldplay’s Ghost Stories in the first week of its release.
