The deal comes off the back of a successful year for Marar, which saw her Harris co-write Thinking About You go top 10 in the UK. The track has also just debuted in the Billboard top 100 across the pond.

Marar is currently working with a slew of UK dance acts and is preparing for the release of her next solo album.

In related news, 23rd Precinct Music Publishing, in partnership with Notting Hill Music, has just signed Scottish songwriter Robert Hodgens, also known as Bobby Bluebell.

The Tartan Clef winning, Ivor Novello nominated songwriter began his music career with the Bluebells in the early eighties before going on to forge a songwriting partnership with the Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart.

He has since written with Shakespeare’s Sister, Sinead O’Connor, Texas and Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys.
