Hot Chip frontman Alexis Taylor has announced details of a new solo album forthcoming on Domino Records.
Await Barbarians will be released on 9 June and follows previous solo outing Rubbed Out as well as musical work the About Group.
On this latest release, Alexis has played all instruments himself as well as writing all the songs for this latest release. His most recent work has seen him performing at the Barbican with the likes of Damon Albarn and Bloc Party’s Kele Okereke to celebrate the work of Nigerian funk musician William Onyeabor.
