The legendary Abbey Road Studios are to throw open their doors to the public.

Studio Two, where classic recordings by The Beatles, Sir Edward Elgar, Kate Bush and Sir Edward Elgar have taken place will be open for one day only on 10 March 2012 as part of Abbey Road's 80th anniversary celebrations.

Brian Kehew and Kevin Ryan, the authors of the book Recording The Beatles, will present 80 Years of Recording at Abbey Road Studios alongside two tours.

Tickets, priced at £75, are on sale now through the Abbey Road Studios website.
