“Make It Happen" brings together an expert panel to give practical advice to bands looking to move to the next level. The speakers will take questions from the audience and discuss as many aspects of an artist's career as possible - from developing an act and building an audience, to digital marketing, PR and making sure you get paid for what you do.

, Membership Development, PRS for Music
Jules joined PRS for Music in 2007. His responsibilities include artist relations, new writers, creating promotional opportunities and linking with the music industry. He started his career as a songwriter, has worked with BMG, Universal and had songs synced to films in the US/UK. Previously he worked with emerging acts at City Showcase.

Henning Dietz,
Neu Management
Henning Dietz is a musician and artist manager based in London UK. Spending most of his 20ies recording and touring with bands like The Veils & Cornershop he went into artist management in 2008. Having worked for IE Music in London for the past few years Henning set up his own company Neu Management Ltd in late 2010 and currently manages the Copenhagen based psychedelic pop band The Asteroids Galaxy Tour who - one of the first acts to be signed to BMG Rights Management. Henning is an active member of both the Featured Artist Coalition (FAC) and the Music Managers Forum (MMF).

, Director of Pop/Rock, ASCAP
Marc Emert-Hutner is Director of Pop/Rock and Film & TV Music at ASCAP in New York. His position entails the recruitment and retention of songwriters and publishers.  As well as nurturing songwriters' abilities and helping them navigate the music industry whenever possible. Prior to this, Marc was a professional songwriter, musician, performer and producer for over 17 years.

, Co-Founder,  Green House Group
Rhiannon Price is the co-founder of Green House Group, a collective of artists, designers, developers and marketeers whose clients include The Secret Garden Party, Blissfields Festival, Chess Club Records, The Flowerpot and Cake Media. Green House Group has also released Track In The Box, a daily music newsletter, and Record Drop, a vinyl and mp3 bundle shop, as well as co-organising The River Rat Pack Tour.  Most recently Green House Group have Turf Records.

Anna Russell is an Artist Manager, who started her career working with artists such as Groove Armada and Saint Saviour.  Having recently established AR Artist Management, she currently represents electro-soul duo Gamble & Burke, house DJ/Producer’s Urchins and singer/songwriter Holly Walker.   Anna also regularly lectures in Music Business and Entrepreneurial Practise at universities and music colleges around the UK.
