PRS for Music is celebrating its centenary throughout 2014 and kicked off the year with a run of events at Getty Images Gallery earlier in March.

As part of the week-long series, M magazine and PRS for Music hosted a series of panels and a live showcase featuring performances from hot talents Shlomo and Pandr Eyez.

For our first panel, we invited Ruth Simmons from supervision and brand sound agency Soundlounge Music to talk about the challenges and opportunities for songwriters and composers within the world of advertising.
