M talks to Latitude's Melvin Benn

M speaks to Latitude festival director Melvin Benn to find out what he looks for when booking acts.

The sixth Latitude festival has kicked off, with more than 35,000 music fans gathering at Henham Park in Suffolk to see Suede, Paloma Faith, Foals, Edwyn Collins and much more.

And, although rain has been forecast, festival director Melvin Benn said he's not worried as UK punters are  more than used to a little wet weather. Instead he highlighted Ed Sheeran and James Blake as acts to watch this weekend.

Earlier this year, M caught up with Benn, who also presides over Wembley Stadium, to find out which songwriters he rates and what he looks for when booking acts...
