With props from Rihanna and Ed Sheeran in the bag, Scottish singer-songwriter and producer Nina Nesbitt has a knack for catching the ears of those in the know.

Although still in her early 20s, she’s already released top 20 singles and albums, and is now touring the US and working on a Spotify artist collaboration programme over there.

Now fully independent, Nina is working towards the self-release of her next album, with recent singles Somebody Special and The Best You Had signalling what’s to come.

As a recipient of PRS Foundation’s International Showcase Fund, she was at SXSW to play the BBC Radio 2 showcase in association with PRS for Music and PPL.
