London’s Ghostpoet is an artist on the up and up.
Over the course of three critically acclaimed records, including the Mercury Prize nominated debut Peanut Butter Blues & Melancholy Jam and 2015’s Shedding Skin, he’s a songwriter sounding increasingly confident and comfortable in both himself and his music.
The latest PRS Presents event, featuring a live performance from the man himself and his band, showed just how far he's come. Alongside the likes of soul artist Andrew Ashong and drum ‘n’ bass group Dr Meaker, Ghostpoet played an ace set of alt-rock to an audience of industry representatives, PRS for Music staff and invited guests.
