'We found our sound. Grime has turned into an art form, more than an expression. Grime wasn't made for the charts, but it's elevated now,' says grime icon Big Narstie on the red carpet at the GRM Daily Rated Awards.

The ceremony saw artists like AJ Tracey, Not3s, D Double E and Nines acknowledged for their contribution to UK urban music throughout the year, and played host to some of the biggest names in UK music.

Held at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London, this is the fourth year the publication has hosted its annual award ceremony, which was this year presented by Julie Adenuga, Stormzy, Tim Westwood, Jessie Lingard and more.

24-year-old London rapper AJ Tracey enjoyed success at the event, taking home the Track of the Year Award, sponsored by PRS For Music, for his 2018 offering Butterflies, which features fellow Rated Award winner Not3s.
