Television or radio broadcast

If you are a television or radio broadcaster and are going to be broadcasting MCPS Production Music on your channel, you will need a PRS licence in order to do so. The PRS for Music broadcast team can arrange the correct licences for you to cover both making and broadcasting programmes, so please contact them directly at:

Getting a licence


Step 1 - Choose a music library

 

Step 2 - Listen to the tracks.

Select the music or sound effect. Keep a note of the details:

  • track title
  • catalogue number or CD number
  • track number
  • songwriter/composer
  • library name

 

Step 3 - Decide upon the licence requirements, get a quote and pay.
