Customer Consultation on charges for Ticketed Popular Music Events

Consultation closes: 31 December 2010 (original deadline was 7 September 2010, previously extended to 31 October 2010)
PRS for Music held a customer consultation on our charges for music played at ticketed popular music events, such as concerts and festivals. The relevant tariffs being Tariff LP (for Popular Music Events) and Tariff DP (for Dance Parties). Customers, right-holders, representative bodies and any other interested parties were invited to take part in the consultation. All the details can be found in the Consultation Document.
A notification was sent to all customers recently charged under Tariffs LP and DP.
PRS for Music issued a summary of consultation responses in November 2011 and took the decision to make no changes to the tariffs at that time.
