How much does the licence cost?

The table below outlines the fees – you will need to pay which ever is highest. The podcast licence carries a minimum quarterly fee of £50 (excluding VAT).

Headline Royalty Rate	8% of Gross Revenue
Per track minimum	0.15p*

* excludes VAT

All audio/visual content will be licensed under either:

Online Music Licences (OML) or
General Entertainment Online Licence (GEOL) or
Limited Online Music Licence (LOML) for limited (i.e. small scale) Podcast services.
