A career with us

There are many ways to have a rewarding career at
PRS for Music.

We are working in an industry that is constantly changing, and we’re influenced by things that happen at UK, European and international levels. Our strategy is to lead change from the front, and we work hard to forge partnerships with other societies and organisations to do this.

We help our employees understand the many opportunities that are available to them, and encourage everyone to develop their career through upwards or sideways progression.

Applying for a job with us

Once you’ve applied, you'll receive an email from our HR team acknowledging receipt of your application. All applications are reviewed by the hiring manager and shortlisted against the responsibilities of the role and key skills and experience required.

The next stage involves interviews with line managers and members of the team you have applied to join.

Depending on the role, there may be a range of technical, professional or psychometric tests used to assess your knowledge, skills and experience.

If you are successful, we will give you a call to let you know. If you haven't been successful at interview stage, we will try to provide feedback on your performance. Unfortunately, owing to the large number of applications we receive, we cannot offer feedback to candidates who don't make it to the interview phase.
