We want to continue to make PRS for Music a great place to work. We do this by asking our employees how we’re doing through the ‘We’re Listening’ employee engagement survey. Using surveys, our employee forum, and business unit focus groups we ask for feedback on issues such as:
- how widely we’re embracing our values
- our ability to place a strong focus on our customers
- how we can improve as a business
- the effectiveness of communication
- the support and direction offered by our managers
We aim to act on feedback as promptly as we can and encourage our employees to share their ideas on how we can improve. We keep everyone up to date through our two way information cascade process, In Brief.
