Licensed premises

The information comprising the PRS for Music Licensed Premises Online Database (the Database) is vast and is obtained from a variety of sources. Therefore in accordance with the PRS for Music website general terms and conditions, PRS for Music neither warrants or represents that the Database is accurate, complete or current. If PRS for Music is informed of any inaccuracies in the Database we will attempt to correct those inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

The Database has been compiled from, amongst other sources, PRS for Music licensing records. The premises listed in the Database are those in respect of which PRS for Music has issued a licence to perform its repertoire of copyright music in public. The scale of PRS for Music's licensing operations means that the premises that are licensed by it are constantly changing. Accordingly, PRS for Music neither warrants nor represents that the Database is an accurate, complete or up to date list of premises for the time being licensed by it and no inference should be drawn from absence of a premises from the Database as to whether or not that premises is one in respect of which a PRS for Music licence is in force or is required.
