Full terms and conditions for the prize draw

1. To be entered into the prize draw you must be an individual resident in the UK, 18 years of age or over at the date of submitting your entry and enter your details at www.prsformusic.com/pmprizedraw before 23:59 GMT on 30th November 2019.
2. The prize to be won is one Sonos One (Gen 2) Smart Speaker with Voice Control.
3. The winner will be drawn randomly by PRS for Music on 2nd December 2019 and the winner will be notified by email within 10 working days of the prize draw date. If the winner does not respond to PRS for Music within 7 calendar days of being notified by PRS for Music, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and PRS for Music shall be entitled to select another winner randomly.
4. The Prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. PRS for Music’s decision is final.
6. PRS for Music reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7. The winner’s first name and company name will be published on the PRS for Music website, and by entering the prize draw each entrant authorises PRS for Music to publish their first name and company name on its website and in any social media and member communications (for example PRS for music newsletter) relating to this prize draw.
8. Any personal information collected from the prize draw entries will be processed in accordance with the PRS for Music Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.prsformusic.com/privacy and in accordance with data protection legislation.
9. Entrants release and hold harmless PRS for Music from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this prize draw to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree to your data being processed in accordance with the PRS for Music Privacy Policy.
11. This prize draw is not open to employees of, and contractors working with, PRS for Music, PRS Foundation, PRS Members Fund, Music Publishers Association, and the Mechanical-Copyright Protection Society (MCPS), or their families.
12. Only one entry per individual is allowed.
13. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants of the prize draw agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. The promoter of this prize draw is PRS for Music of 2 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG.
