PRS for Music champions innovative recruitment with the launch of ‘Inside Track’
New work based programme with a unique focus on candidate aptitude and passion.
PRS for Music is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for five talented individuals to join its team under a two year placement on its new ‘Inside Track’ programme that starts in December.
In an industry first, PRS for Music is inviting all with a desire to succeed within the music industry to apply for the programme, positively encouraging applicants from both graduate and non-graduate backgrounds to be contenders.
The programme is designed to give a thorough grounding in both global collective rights management and the wider music industry, with successful applicants having the opportunity to learn and work within one of the world’s leading global collective rights management organisations.
People are at the core of our business and are indeed what makes this company great. With the job market becoming increasingly competitive and volatile, we are acknowledging the very real difficulties people face breaking into music publishing and rights management by diversifying our search to find the very best people for the job. To achieve this, we are looking for those who show ability, aptitude, grit and the competencies needed to work successfully in the fast paced world of the music industry. I would encourage all who want to experience this fascinating industry first hand to apply for this opportunity.
‘Inside Track’ will give successful candidates the opportunity to work across a range of PRS for Music business areas on rotation, including operations, licensing, membership and strategy, providing an excellent foundation for a future career in the music industry.
As part of the scheme, candidates will be given career coaching support and the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within the company.
All interested persons are encouraged to apply and should have the flexibility to start the programme in December 2015.
Closing date for all applications is Friday 6th of November.
