Jane will lead the organisation's new-look Board of Trustees.
Over 40 PRS members were honoured during last night's ceremony in LA (2 February).
The Royal Philharmonic Society's event will take place in Birmingham in March.
The 2025 ceremony will take place in London on 1 March.
Supported by PRS for Music and PRS Foundation, the competition offers upcoming artists the chance to play on one of the festival’s main stages.

Commissioned by CISAC, it’s hoped that the findings of the study will influence policymakers.
