YouTube Music reveals #YouTubeBlack Voices Music Class 2023

Seven UK artists have been selected for the initiative, with 30 additional UK-based creatives receiving grant funding.

YouTube Music has revealed the artists, producers and songwriters who will make up its 2023 #YouTubeBlack Voices Music Class.

The 40-strong list includes seven creators based in the UK; Carla Marie, Honey Dijon, Jin Jin, Julys, Kali Claire, Nova Twins and Unknown T. Each member of the #YouTubeBlack Voices Music Class will receive dedicated partner support, funding to development their channels, and training and networking opportunities based around production, fan engagement and wellbeing. An additional 30 UK-based creatives will receive grant funding. 

Launched in 2021, the #YouTube Black Music Voices initiative has previously supported UK artists Bree Runway, Jords, Kamille, NSG and Tamera.
