Tinchy Stryder, N-Dubz and Jason Derulo are to join the line-up at BBC Radio 1Xtra Live.
Acts already on the bill include Tinie Tempah, Labrinth, Katy B, Roll Deep and B.o.B.
1Xtra Live takes place on September 25 at Wembley Arena and is the UK's biggest free urban music event. 10,000 tickets will be available from 7.30pm Saturday 11 September.
