Kyan and Abigail Wyles will be joined by Josh Record and Adam Barnes, who will each perform an exclusive acoustic set at Metropolis Studios, West London.

Music fans can stream the showcase live via the Metropolis Channel from 6.30pm on 6 November.

The event is run in association with LiveMusicStage and PRS for Music. Make sure you tune in to catch the best in new talent.

Kyan has absorbed the classic songwriting of Stevie Wonder, Prince and John Legend and reflected it through the prism of contemporary laptop production. The 23-year-old singer, songwriter and producer from Cambridge brings a compelling one-man live show, which offers a taster for the possibilities of his bedroom born progressive pop. Brixton-based Josh Record is a 24-year-old songwriter who is busy working on his debut album. Josh organised the Let the Music Speak festival and runs live music night The Purple Rooms. He also manages a music and film studio for young people on one of Europe’s largest housing estates. Adam is an Oxford born songwriter and performer, currently residing in the countryside that surrounds the city. You wouldn’t be blamed for thinking this man is telling you stories beyond his years with his natural ability to capture the emotional sentiment within a song. Abigail Wyles displays a quiet yet brooding confidence that is rarely found in today's fast-paced, pop-driven world. Her songwriting and production are simultaneously intricate and accessible.
