PRS for Music has been recognised as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute.

The organisation features in the Institute's prestigious 2024 list of top employers, with over 2,300 organisations in 121 countries and regions being recognised this year.

The Top Employer certification recognises an organisation's 'dedication to their people and commitment to improving the collective world of work' through its HR and people practices, according to the Institute.

'Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organisations,' David Plink, CEO, Top Employers Institute, said in a statement. 'We have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Programme this year: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2024. These employers have always shown that they care for the development and well-being of their people. By doing so, they collectively enrich the world of work. We are proud to announce and celebrate this year’s group of leading people-oriented employers.'

PRS for Music has been awarded Top Employer status following an evaluation of its people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, wellbeing, learning and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices.

Speaking about the certification, Andrea Czapary Martin, CEO, PRS for Music, said: 'We are honoured to have been recognised as a UK Top Employer. I have always prioritised building a high-performing team and a culture which embraces diversity, intrapreneurship and collaboration. The drive and determination of the whole PRS for Music team make this an extraordinary organisation, one which I am proud to lead.'

Suzanne Hughes, Chief People and Transformation Officer at PRS for Music, added: 'We are delighted to have been endorsed as a Top Employer, which is testament to the success of our high-performing team and their desire to embrace new challenges and ways of working.

'The accreditation shows our commitment to building a positive workplace culture where talent can thrive. The insight from the process will help us to continue improving in order to better serve both our employees and members.’
