Peter Leathem, chief executive officer, PPL, says of the appointments: ‘Data has long been at the heart of PPL’s operations and we have invested significantly in it over the years. This focus has ensured that PPL remains at the forefront of our industry in the management and use of data. In Mark and Matt, PPL has two incredibly able individuals who have driven this agenda within PPL and more widely across the industry. Through a range of key projects over the past few years, whether it be VRDB, or the soon to launch IFPI/WIN Repertoire Data Exchange, they have both made a key contribution to driving things forward.’
