Manners McDade has signed a deal with US label Ghostly International to represent their artists in Europe for sync.
According to the management and publishing company, it will represent the Ghostly International roster for sync in both licensing and bespoke composition.
The label, which was set up in 1999, has worked with the likes of electronic and experimental artists including Matthew Dear, Gold Panda and Daniel Wang.
Jeremy Peters, director of Creative Licensing and Business Affairs at Ghostly International, said: ‘We're insanely excited to be working with Manners McDade to help activate our catalogue overseas.
‘While we and our artists have an international following, we're looking forward to having them on board to help us push things forward in new territories.’
Catherine Manners of Manners McDade added: ‘We've long been an admirer of Ghostly Recordings and feel that they complement our own publishing catalogue.’
Manners McDade have some experience of working with labels for sync. They already represent the catalogues for the likes of One Little Indian, FatCat, and the Berlin-based Morr Music and Sonic Pieces while recent sync successes include Vodafone, Freeview, FIFA 14, Hertz and Prudential.
