London FolkFest to return in July

Leddra Chapman, Ryan Keen and Laurence Fox are among the artists performing at this year’s London FolkFest. 

Taking place 18-21 July at The Bedford in South London, more than 40 acts are expected to perform over four days across multiple stages in conjunction with other venues around Balham.

Ryan Keen, Matthew and The Atlas, (Star of ITV’s Lewis) Laurence Fox, Leddra Chapman and winner of the BBC Radio 2 Horizon Folk Award, Blair Dunlop are among some of the artists performing.

In the afternoons, a range of organisations including PRS for Music will be hosting panel sessions to offer music industry advice to artists and musicians.

PRS for Music representatives will be providing advice to musicians on how they can make money from their music. Other panels will discuss new technologies and the opportunities now available for artists.

Tickets are priced £30 for the full weekend, £12 per night advance booking, £15 per night on the door while Sunday is free.
