Eligible PRS for Music members are being invited to have their say in the 2020 Performing Right Society Limited Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will take place at 30 Euston Square in London on 19 May and Principle Voting or Voting members are entitled to have their voices heard on number of important changes.

In the run up to the 2020 AGM eligible members can vote on the election of new board members.

Meanwhile, the AGM is a great opportunity to attend in person and hear directly from PRS for Music’s new chief executive Andrea Martin, chairman Nigel Elderton and other members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on the latest developments in the company.

Attending Principle Voting and Voting members will also have the opportunity to network with fellow members at the complimentary drink reception, which takes place after the AGM has concluded.

The whole event will be streamed online for members across all membership categories to view.

PRS for Music will make further announcements about the 2020 AGM early next year.
