David Bowie has announced news of Nothing Has Changed, a career spanning retrospective including a new single.

The compilation, due for release on 17 November, will feature music from across his 50 year musical career from 1964 to 2014.

Named after a lyric from Heathen album opener Sunday, Nothing Has Changed, the compilation will also include forthcoming single Sue (Or in a Season of Crime).

The song, recorded with long-term collaborator Tony Visconti, is the first new material since David’s surprise return with last year’s The Next Day.

Sue (Or in a Season of Crime) will be released as a limited edition 10 vinyl single and digital download the same day as the album.

The compilation will also include Let Me Sleep Beside You from the 2001 sessions for unreleased album Toy, previous download only release Your Turn to Drive and a 2001 rerecording of 1971 outtake Shadow Man.
