Funded by PRS Foundation, the programme provides new acts with a six month action plan tailored to meet their individual needs and requirements.
According to organisers, the initiative will offer emerging artists A&R guidance, digital marketing and PR, live performances, access to industry contacts and digital distribution.
Applicants need to be based in England and write or perform their own music.
Applications close on 6 February and can be submitted by the artist as well as their manager, PR or booking agent.
