Check out the latest single from sibling folk duo The Frampton Sisters in an M exclusive…
Born, raised and home schooled on the Orcadian island of Sanday, sisters Freddie and Charlie Frampton later relocated to East Sussex where they sharpened their songwriting skills.
In 2018 the sibling duo reached the finals of the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and performed at the acclaimed Cambridge Folk Festival.
They put out their debut single Birds of a Feather in 2019 and now they are set to release a follow up in the form of tender acoustic ballad Let Me Hold Your Hand, which showcases the sister’s sublime harmonies.
The Frampton Sisters say of the track: ‘This song follows two wonderful people and their love story; how through everything they’ve gained, and lost, they’ve always had each other. Which is what is most important. Because at the end of the day we’re all looking for that someone who’ll let us hold their hand.’
