The Island Records-signed band have gone far since releasing their debut album Baby at the start of last year. They spent much of the last 12 months touring and playing the festival circuit, and have been hailed by many as the act to revive the guitar band blueprint.
Their new album Wish To Scream is slated for release on 20 May and was recorded at the famed Sound City Studio in LA, where Nirvana's Nevermind and Fleetwood Mac's Rumours were made.
Earlier this year, free download Wrapped Up In a Carpet gave fans a taster of the band’s new material and was immediately picked up by BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and XFM.
Before the band head off on a UK tour this week, we caught up with Johnny to find out more...

Seventies rock and glam. Love rock n’ roll!
Our favourite venue is...

Music is important because...
It makes you think/learn/feel.
Our biggest inspiration is...
Our dream collaboration would be…
The Band circa 1969.
To try us out, listen to our song
How the Other Half Live.
If we weren't making music we'd be…
In 10 years time we want to be...
